We’re locally owned! Jon and Judy Brayton made a clear and conscious business decision to start The Planted Seed right here in Wisconsin. They are from Wisconsin, their family is here in Wisconsin, and it was very important to them both that The Planted Seed would have its beginnings in Wisconsin.

We feature locally made products and we support other locally owned businesses! Whether it’s a farm like Valley View Meats, or someone who has a little wider distribution like New Hope Mills, or something on an even bigger scale, we believe we should support, promote and highlight our fellow Wisconsin businesses.
